Smith Lead Systems provides automated marketing and lead generation services including but not limited to:
Our services are offered on a monthly subscription basis. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
All prices are quoted in GBP and are exclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If you do not receive more leads within 30 days of your system going live, you may request a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted within 35 days of your start date by emailing kevin@smithleadsystems.co.uk.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at kevin@smithleadsystems.co.uk. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period outside of the 30-day guarantee.
We aim to have your system live within 48 hours of receiving all required information from you. Delays caused by incomplete information provided by the client may extend this timeframe.

All content, designs, and systems created by Smith Lead Systems remain our intellectual property. You are granted a non-exclusive licence to use them for your business during your subscription. This licence ends upon cancellation.
Smith Lead Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months prior to the claim.
We do not guarantee specific results such as a set number of leads or bookings, as these depend on factors outside our control.
Our services rely on third party platforms including GoHighLevel, Stripe, WhatsApp, and Google. We are not responsible for any downtime or changes to these platforms that affect our service delivery.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
